Primus Canada's colocation services sound pretty good on their website, but the Primus Canada website doesn't tell the whole story.

What we were told by Primus Canada business customers is that once your servers are tucked away behind Primus Canada's " 7 layers of physical security" that if you need to remove your server for any reason that you can be arbitrarily barred from access to your company's servers without any substantiated reason. (And yes, the fine print in the Primus Canada's 10 page Colocation Services Agreement does give Primus Canada complete control over your servers.) As with all contracts, we suggest you read and re-read it thoroughly and get legal advice before signing.
